Since news broke that Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are headed for splittsville, a plethora of rumors have surfaced as the true reason behind their split. Like many high profile divorces, one of the rumors circling through Hollywood is that Cannon stepped out on his diva wife with one of the models he employed for his comedy skit show “Wild’N Out” on MTV.
According to reports, Cannon pursued a full fledged relationship with video vixen turned model Brittnay Dailey, including paying for her lavish Los Angeles apartment. The “America’s Got Talent” host has also been linked to Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend Jasmine Sanders, the young woman Brown dated prior to landing Karrueche Tran.
Naturally, once Dailey caught wind of the claims, she took it upon herself to clear up the rumors via Twitter. She tweeted,
Let me just address this right now.. I’ve never had an inappropriate relationship with Nick, never been in a room alone with Nick.
