Once again, someone feels violated by those who are hired to serve and protect.
A man is planning to sue a Chicago police commander who he said shoved a gun into his mouth and threatened to kill him. According to the Chicago Tribune, the lawsuit filed Tuesday claims that commander, Glenn Evans, not only put the barrel of the gun “deep down” Ricky Williams’ throat, but that he also held a taser against his groin threatening to kill him .
In April, during an independent investigation of the allegation, Williams’ DNA was found on the commander’s service weapon. The city of Chicago has also been named as a defendant in addition to former commander Evans.
