Mr. McCall happens to take out Russian mobsters. And the crime boss isn’t too happy his East Coast operation has been halted. Gasoline and girls are a major source of his income. With politicians and Boston cops on his dole, his U.S. business has been running seamlessly until the head of his Beantown franchise faces off with Robert McCall. When McCall adds “fire” to his “fuel,” he leaves Vladimir Pushkin (Vladimir Kulich) baffled and economically beleaguered. Sending his best hitman Teddy (Marton Csokas) to end this madness is Pushkin’s last resort.

“The Equalizer” is rated R (Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian).
