LeBron James places his modern Coconut Grove estate on the market. According to Zillow, the pretty property covers 12,179 square feet and is equipped with six bedrooms, 8 ½ baths, its own movie theater, wine cellar and a guest home.
With an additional large infinity pool with a waterfall and a private dock on Biscayne Bay that can accommodate two 60-foot yachts, it is described by Zillow as “one of the most spectacular Bayfront homes in Miami.”
The waterfront property has an asking price of $17 million. Not too shabby!
As you may recall, earlier this year, the former Miami Heat baller decided to ditch the sunny beaches of Miami to land back with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
