Counting Crows with Michelle Branch “Big Yellow Taxi”
Joni Mitchell’s signature song is a tree-hugger anthem, but even peace-loving hippies had to get a little perturbed at the Counting Crows coffee shop hipster take on a classic. Featuring Adam Duritz doing that annoying Adam Duritz thing and Michelle Branch cutesiness, it’s a bad cover that teeters between abomination and wholly unnecessary.
