Curious as to how the Queen B maintains her fabulous physique? Thanks to a new vegan food service, fans of the “Drunk In Love” recording artist will have access to Beyoncé (and her diet)] as she continues her journey to health and wellness.
Courtesy of Bey and her trainer Marcus Borges, “22 Days Nutrition,” birthed from the idea that it takes 21 days to break or make habits, is described as a “plant-based home delivery meal service” that offers yummy organic meals that are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. Unlike many diets, this vegan diet also seems to offer a little wiggle room when it comes to grubbing on carbs. Choices include a Sesame-Cabbage Lentil Bowl, Ratatouille Pasta with Pesto, and an Almond Blueberry Breakfast loaf. Kind of has you drooling at the mouth … right?
“I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it’s all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him,” Bey gushed about her latest venture.
You may recall that Beyoncé, alongside her rapper husband Jay Z, first hopped on the vegan bandwagon the summer following the birth of beautiful Blue. Meal plans include one, two, or three meal a day options with prices ranging from $9.76 to $16.50 per dish.
Are you feeling it?
