Oprah Winfrey’s always sharing what she knows for sure. It’s mostly positive. But growing up with a shoe size 11 wasn’t exactly the norm. In fact, growing up with a shoe sized above 8 or even 9 is painful for girls. Not so much physical pain, but painful because it’s like everything was designed to remind you how big your feet are.
Those cutie footie pajamas you’ve been eyeing at Target are definitely not an option. Forget about vintage shoes. And any brightly colored or patterned shoes end up looking cartoonishly big.
