Celia Walden, wife of CNN host Piers Morgan, says she “signed up as part of her research to prepare an interview with [Ashley Madison’s] founder, Noel Biderman,” and sent “tawdry” messages to men as part of her research, which made her feel “distinctly grubby.” Reports the International Business Times.

Other users outed at IBT include an newly-elected UK member of parliament, Michelle Thomson, and Israeli Knesset member Taleb Abu Arar, who both said the accounts were created using their email addresses, without their knowledge, in efforts to smear them.

In light of the hack, several websites including Trustify and cynic.al have taken the leaked info and created searchable databases that allow anyone to type in an email to see if it’s part of the Ashley Madison dump. If you type in any email and it’s part of the database it could mean one of three things: the email owner is an active member of the site, the email owner created an account but doesn’t use it or someone used that person’s email to create a fake account. Yikes!

“Ashley Madison is the most famous name in infidelity and married dating,” the site asserts on its homepage. “Have an Affair today on Ashley Madison. Thousands of cheating wives and cheating husbands signup everyday looking for an affair…. With Our affair guarantee package we guarantee you will find the perfect affair partner.”
