Amy Poehler continues to feel the heat following the Hulu premiere of her comedy series “Difficult People.” Earlier this week, the executive producer came under fire for a joke featured on the Billy Eichner and Julie Klausner created show, which was directed at Blue Ivy.
“I can’t wait for Blue Ivy to be old enough so R. Kelly can p*** on her,” said Klausner’s character. As you may recall, in 2002, a tape was leaked to the media showing Kelly having sex with and urinating on an underage girl. Blue Ivy is, of course, the three-year-old daughter of Beyonce and Jay Z.
Unsurprisingly, the joke didn’t sit well with some of the audience, causing a number of people to immediately jump to Twitter to register their distaste.
