It looks like loving “bad b–ches” isn’t the only problem A$AP Rocky has at the moment.
The 27-year-old recently countersued his former manager, Geno Sims, following Sims’ suit against the “L$D” rapper that claims breach of contract and unpaid compensation. According to Sims, Rocky owes him almost $900K in commission and percentage monies earned via deals he orchestrated for the rapper.
Sims’ suit goes on to claim that Rocky hired him in 2011 to work as his personal assistant and when he was promoted to mananger he was promised he’d get a 15% cut of Rocky’s gross income.
According to documents obtained by The Jasmine Brand, Rocky says Sims was paid everything owed to him before being fired last year for breach of contract after allegedly disclosing intimate details of Rocky’s life and financial matters to numerous individuals.
The rapper, born Rakim Mayers, says he brought in a second manager once his career began to take off and Sims’ contract was renegotiated, but he is owed nothing further.
Rocky is moving to have Sims’ suit dismissed.
