What made you turn to IG to display your talents?

I first started using IG to display my talents because it was just an easy way to make people laugh. I made people laugh everyday in real life so why not use this app and do it online and spread the joy lol

When was the first time you realized that you were accepted into the SM comedian circle?

I realized I got accepted in the social media comedian circle when other people who created videos started reaching out to me. And celebs and athletes started to follow me and I’m like ok I may have something here.

Do you believe that the social media comedians can stand a chance against the traditional stand-up comedians? Why?

Well stand up and social media of course are too different ball games. But depending on the person I think some can stand a chance against stand up comedians. But in my opinion funny is funny. Whether you doing it on stage or on a social media platform either way if they the people laughing then you’re good.

With social media being your platform, this allows you to be more reachable to your fans, in which ways does this impact your career?

With social media being my main platform I think it can help my career because social media can make fans and supporters feel like they know you more. Uploading either daily activities or anything just makes people feel closer to you and get a better understanding of who you are. So it can help just got to be careful what you do because you never know who may be watching.

Prior comedians wrote their shows out, do you follow the same protocol or would you consider your style more improv? How do you come up with some of your concepts?

I consider my style to be more improv. I would just have an idea and really just got with it and act it out. As for ideas they really just come to me. I could be watching a show or talking to a friend and something happens and I can be like “that’s a skit” lol. So ideas randomly just come to my head. I still have ideas from the beginning of 2015 that I haven’t even done yet.

With social media being the one of the fastest growing trends for new age comedians, what makes you different from other social media comedians?

What I think makes me different is my style and the way I go about comedy. It’s just me being me and having fun. I’m not going out of my element trying to be something I’m not. I’m not trying to be like anybody else. I am me and that’s it. If I don’t feel comfortable doing something I won’t do it period. I want to give people that Dave Chappelle and Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy raw comedy. I want to bring that real raw comedy back and get people laughing. I also just want my comedy to help people forget. I want to use my sketches and skits to just bring joy to people’s faces and for those moments they are watching they’re taken away from their real world problems. Laughter helps pain and I just want to be able to relieve people’s pain with a smile.
