Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have been through a lot over the past several months thanks to a near-fatal drug overdose that Odom survived last February. Since then, the pair, who are still married but separated, have been spending a lot of time together as Odom works hard to recover from his injuries. Although Odom has made a substantial amount of progress, recent photos of him in a bar allegedly have Khloe demanding that Odom make more changes in his life.
As previously reported, Odom was spotted out with friends at Sherman Oaks, California bar Johnny O’Brien’s early Sunday morning, just hours before he went to Easter church service with Khloe. Sources claim that Odom allegedly had up to three Remy Martin drinks while at the bar.
Although sources claim that Odom looked healthy while having a night of fun with friends, the latest media reports claim that Khloe isn’t happy about Odom drinking again because of his past with drug abuse.
Sources claim that Khloe is worried that Odom may become an addict again and that he’ll undo all of the hard work and progress he’s made in physical rehab these past several months. Khloe reportedly has been talking with Odom about getting treatment for his addiction issues. The sources say she’s even mentioned to Odom that he can enter an outpatient program that would allow him more freedom.
Although Odom is reportedly fine with going to physical rehab, the sources say that he has no interest in going into a drug or alcohol rehab program.
However, the reports claim that it’s not just Khloe who is worried about Odom’s addictive personality. Sources claim that Odom’s family is worried as well, especially since so many of them, including his father, have battled addiction in their lives. The sources say that Odom’s kids are worried that their dad will become an addict and walk out of their lives.
The sources say that none of Odom’s family and friends believe he can just be a casual or social drinker because the temptation to go overboard and become an addict is too great.
And although Khloe vowed last year that she would stick by Odom’s side throughout his long physical rehab program, the sources say that she’s been telling family and friends that “she has to stop trying” if Odom goes down the road of addiction again.
