Johnny Depp joins a long list of celebrity men accused of beating their mates. In new court filings, Depp’s wife, Amber Heard, claims that the “Alice Through the Looking Glass” actor hit her with a cell phone, pulled her hair and screamed at her last Saturday night, May 21 – adding that the abuse has spanned throughout their 15-month marriage.

According to documents obtained by People, Heard, 30, filed for divorce from Depp on Monday, May 23 and was granted a temporary restraining order on Friday, May 27. “During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me,” Heard claimed in the documents, chronicling two separate accounts in which she says Depp physically abused her.

“Johnny ripped the cell phone from my hand and began screaming profanities and insults at iO [the friend],” she said. “I heard iO yell at me to get out of the house. Johnny then grabbed the cellphone, wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cellphone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force.” Heard submitted photos featuring what appears to be a bruised eye along with her claim.

“He then forcibly pulled back my hair as I attempted to stand up from the sofa,” she said. “I then yelled ‘Call 911’ – hoping it would be heard by iO who was still on the phone.”

Meanwhile, Depp’s attorney filed a response alleging that Heard is trying to expedite and force Depp to pay spousal support. Yesterday, a judge ordered Depp (who’s currently in Europe) to stay 100 yards away from Heard, granting her exclusive use of their apartment. However, Depp was not ordered to pay any temporary spousal support or attorney’s fees.

For a lengthy list of celebs also accused of domestic violence, hit the flip.
