Khloe Kardashian reveals recent divorce from Lamar Odom has given her the “tools” to help “Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian” get stronger.

In a new interview with E! News, the 32-year-old reality star, who meets with contestants who are seeking a healthier lifestyle, both mentally and physically admitted that it’s an “honor” that “anybody looks up to me.”

She went on to reveal that if anyone had told her years ago that she’d “rule the fitness world” and “help people from a healthy standpoint” she would’ve asked, “What Kool-Aid are you drinking?”

As for where she discovered her newfound strength, the basketball wife girlfriend added that her journey — mainly her divorce– has given her “so much strength,” and equipped her with the means to help others who have faced “horrible trauma.” She added that everyone has their own story and she wants to help contestants tap into their pain to discover the “tools” necessary to launch a “stronger mind, body and soul.”

She continued, “I went through a journey for a reason and I’m not the only person. Yes mine was from my divorce and it’s not as dark as most people, but if I have this platform and if I learned all these tools I feel like, OK I wanna give those tools to somebody else.”

While Kardashian didn’t go into detail about the “horrible trauma” she has experienced herself, as previously reported, the pair who have gone back and forth on reconciliation, reached a divorce settlement in October. In Dec. 2013, Kardashian originally filed for divorce, citing infidelity and drug use on Odom’s part. Years later, those very claims resurfaced once more after the former NBA baller overdosed at a Nevada brothel.

Speaking to Dr. Travis Stork at the close of the year, Odom revealed he wasn’t looking for trouble but the opportunity to clear his mind. “Being in that d*mn brothel and thinking I was going to just rest a little bit,” said Odom of his plans to originally just lay low. “I wasn’t in a good place mentally before that incident happened. Me and my wife at the time were going through some things. I was in a dark place.”

Weeks later, Odom announced he’d be returning to rehab to face his demons once more. “Lamar Odom has checked into rehab,” a rep told Us Weekly in a statement. “After consulting with his family and friends, and meeting with Dr. Travis Stork of ‘The Doctors,’ he has decided it is best he take time to focus on himself. He is dedicated to leading a healthy lifestyle and being the best father he can be to his children. Lamar asks that the public please respect his privacy at this time and truly appreciates the love and support of his family, friends and fans. He will talk about his journey in January on ‘The Doctors.’”
