Even though it’s Thanksgiving Day, which falls on the third Thursday every November, Black Friday sales are just a few hours away. The “Black Friday” holiday shopping tradition is no longer limited to Friday. It is now its own brand, an opportunity for retailers to hock appliances, electronics, toys, etc. to thirsty shoppers who need excitement in their lives after indulging in turkey and “beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes, lamb, rams, hogs ….  you name it.”
