Is the Biden administration really for Black people? Senior advisor Cedric Richmond responds

How does the administration plan to provide financial aid for Black-owned businesses?

We are moving the procurement goals number for smaller disadvantaged businesses from 10% to 15%, that adds up to 100 billion dollars over five years carved out [for these companies]. We are going to put 35 billion dollars into the SBA so they can help Black businesses develop and grow. The president wants to make sure he is doing long-term investments that will breed empowerment. We want it to be part of our legacy that we created more wealth in the Black community than anybody else.
