Chris Brown has been accused of drugging and raping a singer at P. Diddy’s Star Island home in Miami Beach, and she’s suing him for $20 million.
According to the singer, who prefers to be known as Jane Doe, says that Brown went from being friendly to raping her in just a matter of minutes.
In the lawsuit, Doe claims that on Dec. 30, 2021, she arrived at Diddy’s home. Brown asked her if she wanted a drink, and motioned for her to come to the kitchen area of the yacht.
She claims she entered the kitchen with Brown, and he gave her a cup with a mixed drink as they began to talk. Doe says after Brown filled her cup a second time, she began to fill “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”
She then claims she started to fall in and out of sleep, and that’s when Brown led her to the bedroom. She says Brown removed her clothes and started kissing her, and she told Brown to stop, but he persisted and raped her.
Doe says that Brown ejaculated inside her, and then announced that he was done. The next day, Brown texted her and said she should take a Plan B.
Brown is being sued for $20 million in damages, and Doe is claiming that the alleged rape is causing her severe emotional distress.
