Keke Palmer and Common bring to light a shocking but remarkable true story in the new film, Alice. Alice (Keke Palmer) is a slave in the antebellum South who escapes her secluded plantation only to discover that it is actually 1973. Rescued by a disillusioned political activist named Frank (Common), Alice quickly comes to terms with the lies that kept her in bondage. Alice opens in in theaters Friday, March 18.
