The child support battle between Tyga and Blac Chyna just took another wild turn.
According to newly filed paperwork obtained by The Blast, the “Rack City” rapper is now seeking sole custody of their son, King Cairo. Instead of shared custody, Tyga wants his ex to have a “reasonable right of parenting time (visitation) to the party without physical custody.” As it pertains to travel, Tyga is in favor of them having “written permission from the other parent or party, or a court order, to take the children out of the state of California.”
Back in August, Blac Chyna filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court requesting joint custody as well as child support. Chyna’s request read in part ““The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
Tyga famously responded to Chyna’s filing in the comment section of The Shade Room‘s post saying, “10 years later … nah, stick to your schedule sat-mon.”
Just last month, Tyga’s mom was served documents pertaining to the case via a third party process server with Chyna claiming she couldn’t locate Tyga. Per California law, this process is allowable as long as the serving party can prove they made at least three attempts to serve Tyga directly.
A custody and visitation hearing is set for next month to hopefully come to a final resolution.
