Diddy’s tarnished image and legacy are being further impugned as a former male employee has filed an explosive civil lawsuit accusing the music mogul of sexual harassment and other heinous and disreputable acts.
Former producer and videographer Rodney Jones claims in court documents, obtained by “TMZ,” that Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted him repeatedly and had an Oscar-winning celebrity do the same. In the documents, Jones alleges that Diddy frequently fondled his genitals and his anus. He also said that Diddy would subject him to sexual harassment by his associates and that Diddy would often parade in front of him naked.
Diddy’s former employee enumerates the alleged harassment and illegalities
Among the other instances of harassment and allegedly despicable acts, Jones told the court:
- Diddy allegedly forced Jones to watch a video involving Stevie J of “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” fame who engaged in sexual intercourse with another man. Jones claims he saved a screenshot of the video;
- Jones told the court in the documents that Diddy’s girlfriend, Yung Miami, has a female cousin who allegedly sexually assaulted him — and even tried to engage in sexual intercourse with him in front of Diddy and his crew;
- On multiple occasions, Jones claims Diddy served his female party guests bottles of vodka and tequila that were laced with drugs;
- Jones accuses Diddy of directing Stevie J and his son Justin Combs to recruit prostitutes for his parties and specifically ordered the son to find underage girls;
- Jones also said he was once aboard Diddy’s yacht with a guest, Oscar-winner Cuba Gooding Jr., who allegedly proceeded to rub and caress Jones’ body.
Diddy and his attorney counter Jones’ inflammatory lawsuit
Diddy’s attorney vehemently denies Jones’ accusations and added she possesses irrefutable evidence that Jones is fabricating these stories.
“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 billion lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday,” Shawn Holley told TMZ. “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
Holley claims that Jones’ attorney has deliberately ignored the proof that would vindicate Diddy.
“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies,” Holley continued. “Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
