Jazmine Towe, a LEGO enthusiast, shared with NBC News how LEGO building serves as a soothing activity that brings joy upon completion of a set, while also looking forward to the next build.
LEGO building is recognized for enhancing spatial reasoning skills, a point highlighted by Amy Shelton, Director of Research at the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. The LEGO Group has also expressed excitement about the engagement of Black women with their products, acknowledging the creativity and inspiration that the Black community brings to the LEGO world.
