Young Thug’s attorney Brian Steel shot to stardom and attained immediate street cred as soon as he was sentenced to jail with his client during the infamous YSL RICO trial.
As soon as Steel was held in contempt of court — where he also asked the judge to be jailed next to Young Thug — he was getting invites to cookouts all over hip-hop nation. Steel is now amplifying his star status by proudly modeling Thugger’s clothing line.
Recently, Young Thug’s fashion brand Sp5der dropped a new ad in which the Atlanta attorney flossed the brand’s hoodies, sweatpants and other wares.

“This is too hard,” one X user wrote, while another said facetiously, “They need to drop a collab album next,” referring to Steel and Thugger.
At the conclusion of the longest-running criminal trial in Georgia history, Steele conveyed his happiness that Young Thug — née Jeffrey Williams — was finally freed after two years in jail. But he also expressed disappointment that Thugger was not completely exonerated of all the felony charges.
“As far as Jeffery is feeling now, he knows my feelings, which I am not going to reveal for attorney-client privilege. But, this is not the same as a not guilty verdict,” he said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Meanwhile, the “Best Friend” emcee immediately dived head-first into the artistry that made him an international star. He was spotted in the studio with other superstars such as Lil Baby, Future and Travis Scott. Thugger also indicated that he accepted an invitation to appear at a Colorado Buffaloes home game, coached by Deion “Prime Time” Sanders and quarterbacked by his son, Shedeur Sanders.
Young Thug’s sister said Young Thug’s comeback will be soon
The best indicator that Young Thug is coming back with a vengeance was a tweet posted by Thugger’s sister, Dora, who is elated her brother is churning out new songs like an assembly line.
“My brother is going cr*zy with the new music,” she penned. “I promise y’all won’t be disappointed. Just give him time to heal mentally. Rmr he lost 4 ppl in 2022 and went to jail, fought a case for 2yrs. In the mix of fighting for his life, we lost our sister in 2023. He’s coming.”
