Days after posting the below photo to her Instagram page, Miley Cyrus was spotted in Los Angeles rocking a similar daring bowl-cut while hanging with friends.
While we’re all down for the whole “new year, new you” idea, we’re not sure if Cyrus’ new look is one of her best.
Following the debut of her new look, fans and critics compared her new do’ to that of Jim Carey’s in Dumb and Dumber and Aaron Carter (remember him?) in his younger years.
