Today marks the 106th anniversary of the founding of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., the first African American Greek organization. The fraternity was founded on the campus of Cornell University. The organization has attracted several stellar members over the years. A number of them are well known; Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Thurgood Marshall and Dr. Cornel West to name a few, while several others may surprise you.
