Rasheeda and Kirk Frost’s marital problems have taken center stage in reality TV ever since Frost publicly cheated on her in front of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” cameras. Since then, Frost made a half-hearted apology to defend his actions. Rasheeda has remained relatively quiet about issues or their future. In a recent interview with Vibe Vixen, Rasheeda explained that she’s in no rush to divorce Frost.
During the interview, Rasheeda spoke about the infidelity scandal and explained that she was shocked and hurt when she found out that Frost cheated on her.
However, she claims that fans have been extremely critical of both her and Frost. However, despite the scrutiny and the rumors that she and Frost fabricated a cheating scandal for ratings, she claims that their marital problems are real and she’s not rushing into a decision to stay with Frost or to leave him for good.
“When you’ve been married for 13 years and have businesses and children together you find a way to work it out. I haven’t had a problem with a husband that has been involved in constant infidelity. This is the first time we have gone through something on this level,” Rasheeda explained. “It would be different if you saw this n—- out here running around here on a regular [laughs]. People would be looking at me like, “This b—- is stupid.” But even when you go through things like that being friends as long as we have been, we should be able to talk through certain situations. I don’t give a d— about anyone else’s opinion. It’s about what’s in my heart and what the Lord has instilled in me. We have a baby on the way…I have stepchildren. I’m not rushing into a divorce. Love don’t turn off like a light switch.”
