Whether to create a new image or just to give themselves a memorable nickname, a number of reality stars are not using their real names on their programs. A number of “Love and Hip Hop”, “Married to Medicine” and “Real Housewives” stars have kept their government names off air and hidden from fans. Similarly, “Jersey Shore” and “Mob Wives” stars have done the same.
