Beyoncé rocks an Aaliyah tribute sweatshirt
While many believe that Beyoncé’s Roc-A-Fella husband, Jay Z and Aaliyah had a “fling” back in the day, that didn’t keep Mrs. Carter from reppin’ the late R&B singer in her latest fashion photos.
Following the 2014 Met Gala, the “Drunk In Love” singer was spotted dressed down, in a Revolution Riche ‘Baby Girl’ sweatshirt, red leather pants and a long, cream colored fur vest.
As for her iconic Aaliyah garb, it can be attributed to Revolution Riche, a New Jersey-based fashion company, who says that they “cater to rebels with a cause.” All of their garments feature the iconic faces of celebs like Marilyn Monroe, Notorious B.I.G., Kurt Cobain, “The Simpsons” characters and more against colorful backdrops of stripes, graffiti, stars and florals.
