CEO, Solo Entertainment & Studio 72
In case someone has been living under a rock for the past few years, it’s kind of hard not to notice that
Atlanta has evolved into a city dominated by bright lights and night life, where who you know holds more
substance than what you do. With that in mind, Joseph “Solo” London has been able to capitalize on
the ‘good life’ by being the mastermind behind many of the most talked about and successful nightclubs
and parties that the city has seen in recent years. His latest gem, Studio 72, picks up where his previous
venture, Club Nocturnal, left off, creating the perfect venue where everyone is invited.
“With the night life scene going on in Atlanta today we decided to raise the bar. So in order for us to
fulfi ll our goal we underwent a major renovation process, so huge that we even surpassed our own initial
expectations. By the end of our renovations we achieved something greater than we had imagined; a
new party scene for Atlanta’s A-list and elite. Now they have a club that they can call home that’s not like
some of the other clubs that tend to feel stuffy, real bourgeois and overfl owing with groupies. We gave
them a taste of the good life, a modern-day Studio 54,” explains Solo.
Located in the comfy confi nes of Tucker, Ga., (just 20 miles from downtown), Studio 72 is home to
one of the most exclusive party scenes in the city with a 14-foot waterfall, two humongous aquariums,
a Jacuzzi, dance atmosphere, state-of-the-art lighting and visuals, eye candy and a chocolate fondue
located in the Chocolate Room for all to enjoy. “I want you to be wowed every time you come here. You’re
going to walk away saying ‘I can’t believe they just did that,’ ” says Solo. – jason thompson
