The opener, “Two Times Blue,” is vintage Blondie, as is the sexy, swaggering title track. The real surprises come when ‘Ms. Don’t-Call-Me-Blondie’ breaks form, as on the pulsing, ethereal “Heat of the Moment” and the breezy “Paradise.” .
