george anderson - a place for the people

As George Anderson looks out over his impressive restaurant/lounge, a look of contentment begins to appear on his face. As the proud owner of Da Mirage Bar and Grill, a thriving establishment in the Chicago’s Richton Park area, Anderson knows full well the challenges that come with maintaining and sustaining a profitable establishment. He acknowledges that he gets joy from providing the community with a great option for evening entertainment.
“We do stepping, karaoke, and comedy here at Da Mirage,” Anderson explains. “We try to cater to a 25 and older crowd. There is no rap music here, and we enforce a mature dress code, so the atmosphere has a very adult feel.”
Anderson’s commitment to providing an enjoyable adult alternative to nightlife in Chicago, has brought him great success with people who simply want to go out and have a nice time without having to deal with the complications that sometimes accompany the clubbing experience. His philosophy made Da Mirage an optimal location for the Korbel Concert Series to touch down and create an unforgettable evening.
“I’ve enjoyed working with the people at Korbel,” Anderson explains. “Anytime that you have an opportunity to partner up with a great brand to produce an event like this, it’s an easy decision. I hope it brings more exposure to the great environment that we have here at Da Mirage Bar and Grill” – dewayne rogers
