Destiny Child’s Michelle Williams recently performed at the
wedding of Orlando Hudson and Keisa Nicole Carr. Hudson, who is an MLB
all-star, called on Williams to sing as a special guest. After singing
Etta James’ “At Last,” and Stevie Wonders’
“Ribbon in the Sky,” Williams sat down with rolling out to
give four reasons why she decided to croon for the newlyweds.-a.r.

Surprised
Bride- “I get a lot of invitations to perform at weddings, but
this one was extra special. I received a phone call and they told me
that I would be surprising Orlando’s bride. It was a very
exciting moment.”

2) Love- “Love is an awesome thing when it is genuine. When you have real love, it
makes you feel like you can conquer anything. It’s good to have a person who
will catch you when you cry and be there for you.”

God- “I try to do everything possible to honor God. He should be in your
marriage. If he’s in your life, he should be in your relationships.”

Working Together- “They seem like a fun couple, so I think they’ll keep the
laughter going. Although I’m not married, but being involved in a long-term
relationship has allowed me to learn that communication is everything.”
