Senior Account Professional, Moroch Agency
Ah, the glamorous life of an advertising professional – liaising between the corporate and creative worlds and attending the best events. But accompanying the perks are meetings, deadlines and a slew of details to manage. Daidria Grayson, senior account executive at the Moroch Agency in Detroit has mastered the balancing act with style and confidence.
“My general responsibilities include multitasking, but I primarily service local clients by providing marketing solutions relative to their businesses,” explains Grayson, who adds there are five critical elements to a successful marketing campaign:
Maximum exposure – “Visibility and the impressions of a particular product or service are the most important factors. We have to make people aware that these [products and services] exists.”
Integration – “People are multifaceted and because they consume information in different ways, it is important to present that information in the best manner for them to absorb it and use it.”
Insight – “You need to understand where the client and the consumer are coming from and help them connect. That takes being sincere … finding the connection between the two can’t be a gimmick or forced.”
Expertise – “You have to know what you’re doing. Do your homework and stay abreast of current trends.”
A strong team – “A good network of people who know what they’re doing and are committed is what it takes to execute flawlessly and deliver consistently.”
“The coolest thing about working at Moroch is that … everyone is encouraged to be inspired and motivated and to think outside of the box,” says Grayson. –roz edward
