Like weeds in the cracks of a sidewalk, another female has sprouted from obscurity and onto the nation’s front pages, claiming she engaged in a 31-month sexual affair with Tiger Woods.
Jaimee Grubbs, a Los Angeles cocktail waitress, boldly adds that she has photos and 300 “racy” text messages to back up her story that she had 20 sexual encounters with the world’s No. 1 golfer. These accusations could wind up inflicting more damage to Wood’s reputation than that tree did to his whip. Seems like bad news, tragedy and sensationalism attract louses like rodents following the scent of raw sewage.
Grubb told US Weekly that her affair began with Woods in 2007 after he consoled her when she as in a somber state, allegedly telling Grubbs, “You don’t look like you’re having any fun.”
The next question is so obvious that it’s almost painful to type: Why are you coming out now, Ms. Grubbs?
Much like the venal, trailer-trash scalawags who criminally invaded President Obama’s state dinner at the White House, this degenerate 24-year-old Grubbs has no compunction about causing collateral damage in someone else’s life to make herself famous and rich. Grubbs is aptly named as she is unconscionable in her shameless, sordid stampede to media outlets to sell herself — once again — all at Woods’ considerable expense.
No worries for Grubbs. After all, it’s not her family or marriage or image being muddied. Why should she care, right? Before now, Grubbs was best known as the girlfriend of Shawn “Loud Mouth Tool” Southern, a contestant on the VH-1 reality series “Tool Academy.” She obviously lusts for fame and is obviously willing to fling her womanhood all over Hollywood Boulevard in order to obtain it.
Guess we shouldn’t be surprised. If you remember, in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001 tragedy, unscrupulous reptiles squirmed from out of the crevices of society to try to illegally profit from the bloodiest terrorist attack in U.S. history. The same thing happened with the air balloon farce involving that family that tried to get their own reality show.
Like all the others, let’s just hope that Grubbs’ arrival in the media spotlight is swift and that she retreats even quicker back to toil in deserved and permanent obscurity.
