Lifting:
He does regular squats using large paint buckets (40-50gal) and then walking lunges while holding the bucket over his head for 30-40yds, 4-6 sets.
With large timber beams from his garage, he gets into a squat position and then lifts them above his head for sets of 3 x 12 reps. He then does push-ups for a set of 3 x 15 reps.
Jump Roping:
In between sets, he jumps rope doing 50 jumps. Next, he does crunches, Russian twist style.
Running:
Green also includes basic wind sprint/ladder runs at the end of each lifting workout.
