After dating for many years and bringing children into the world together, longtime star couple T.I. and Tiny are finally set to make their cohabitation official.
The nuptials between Clifford “Tip” Harris and Tameka “Tiny” Cottle are set for this year, Tiny told Vibe. And she basically told people to climb down off her back about why she’s been the seemingly permanent fiancée.
“I don’t really worry about what people say about what’s taking so long,” the ex-member of Xscape told Vibe. “Like, it ain’t none of your business what’s taking so long. If we happy, why are you so concerned? We’re living, we’re happy, we’re in love. I mean, it’s no doubt in my mind that he doesn’t love every piece of me and vice versa, so we’re just doing what’s comfortable and what works for us. Tiny and T.I.: Not for the world. When we get ready to make a move, we will make it. We just can’t do it for everybody.”
And another thing: don’t even think about trying to sneak in and sip on top shelf liquor while devouring the five-star exotic cuisine. Tiny, the co-star of the popular BET reality series, “Tiny & Toya,” with Lil Wayne’s ex-wife Antonia “Toya” Carter, said she and T.I.’s wedding will be a small, intimate affair of about 200 guests.
“Not too big ’cause I want it to be as private as possible. There’ve been a million rumors about us getting married. It’s taking away from the day that we really do get married so I just want to kind of have that moment for myself,” she said. –terry shropshire
