We now know what caused pop princess, Rihanna, to be rushed to a hospital in Switzerland, as reported yesterday. She injured her rib during the sold-out performance in the country on Monday night.
After getting the green light from doctors, the pop diva continued on with her tour, performing Tuesday night in Lyon, France. The 27-date tour will also stop in the Western European nations of Germany, Luxembourg and the U.K.
Fans can look forward to seeing Rihanna along with gal pal Ke$ha on the Last Girl On Earth Tour, which will kick off in the U.S. on July 2 in Seattle.
