Has Jermaine Dupri been hands-on with your career?
He’s been very hands-on, and it’s been challenging but in a good way. He is always pushing me to reach for that next level, and I don’t have a problem with that. In the end I know we will both be happy with the finished product, but he definitely motivates me.
What do you hope to accomplish with this album?
