Man Rings Alarm on Beyoncé; Singer Sued for Trespassing

A neighbor to one of Beyoncé’s video sets in the Hollywood Hills is suing the singer for nuisance and trespassing. The man is claiming his privacy was invaded by unnecessary noise and crowds.

The plaintiff, Philip Markowitz, filed the lawsuit seeking $25,000 on Friday in Los Angeles against Bey, a liability company and Dina Ciccotello, a production coordinator for the video shoot. The video was being shot for “Why Don’t You Love Me” from the singer’s I Am Sasha Fierce CD.

Markowitz argues that his privacy was breached on March 26 when the crew came in early morning hours and stayed around until 11 p.m. He added in the complaint that his driveway was repeatedly blocked.

Not sure what kind of compensation he can get from such a frivilous suit, but nice try and viable target. Couldn’t he have just called the cops?  Just asking …
