T.I. Headlines For Sisters Only 2 Weeks After His Arrest in Los Angeles

Two weeks after being arrested along with his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, in Los Angeles for possession of an illegal drug, T.I. held his first live performance at V-103’s 19th Annual For Sisters Only in Atlanta.


The thousands of fans who were in attendance at the Georgia World Congress Center went into a frenzy as T.I. hit the stage and opened with “I’m Back.” After his performance, T.I. handed his microphone to Lil Duval who introduced a slew of artist who are signed to the Grand Hustle record label. Lil Shun proved to be a little man with a big voice; Baby Boy displayed his futuristic R&B swag; Rico Barrino made it known that Fantasia isn’t the only talented member of his family; and Yung LA and Young Dro tag teamed on the hits “Ain’t I,” “I Don’t Know Y’all,” and “Freeze Me.”


T.I. returned to the stage and performed his hits “My Life,” “I Got Your Back,” and “Whatever You Like.” Before leaving the stage, he thanked his fans for supporting him and said, “Me and my family are doing fine. As long as God has my back, I can’t lose.”



Other performers at For Sisters Only included Keri Hilson, Lloyd, Jagged Edge and Eric Benet. V-103 is a subsidary of CBS Radio and the highest rated radio station in the metro Atlanta area. amir shaw
