Kim Kardashian seems to love black people, and not just athletes. When she unveiled her new Brissmor signature watch collection in Los Angeles, she chose an African American-owned company Kardashian says had everything she wanted in a wrist-wear showpiece.

Bright Riley, Suamana “Swoop” Brown and Chris Mortimer own Brissmor Watch Company, which was founded in 2008 and boasts offices in Beverly Hills, Calif., and Nassau, Bahamas, according to ESP Public Relations’ Edna and Damian Bruce.

During the red carpet show to display the new watch line at the Grove in L.A., Kardashian said Brissmoralt src=//rollingout.com/the-test-for-wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/kim kardashain watch.jpg and their watch collection is just what she was looking for.

“I really wanted to create something special for all women all over the world. And when (marketing company) TLK Fusion presented the opportunity with the Brissmor Watch Company, I was on board! I love fashion and I know what women like! This was an opportunity to do something fabulous,” she said. –terry shropshire
