Our elders have a polite saying – “That’s a bad motor scooter!” This play on words serves the same purpose as all of the newly created “-ish” words that grace digital correspondence lately. This particular moniker, however, fits one 20-year old bad girl in Miami. Esther Armbrister craftily hid $1,600 in her glue applied hairdo. Esther Armbrister is a bad “motor scooter.”
The sticky-fingered (and headed) Armbrister allegedly stole the money from a New York tourist she spent the evening with at the Westin Diplomat Hotel. The hookup-gone-wrong has a time line that includes Armbrister returning to the man’s room to “relax” when she found his billfold with $2,000 in tens and twenties. Just as Armbrister was preparing to leave the next morning, the man discovered his money missing. He thought he checked all of Armbrister — purse, clothes, and pockets — but not her weave. Armbrister has a record that includes seven arrests for prostitution. It is unconfirmed whether Armbrister has now resorted to squirreling away the spoils of her trade in her cheeks.
