Detroit Salon Owner: Big on Style and Business Savvy
Facing the Public owner, Sandra Mobley, with stylists Julia Crosby and Velma Johnson

If the saying holds that beauty is artistry and beauticians are artists, then Sandra Mobley is the Pablo Picasso of the profession.  The master beautician and proprietor of Faye’s Hair Salon has managed to transform plain into near perfection consistently over the past 20 years. Her specialties — precision hair cuts and flawless color — are executed in a welcoming and inspired environment. Facing the Public patrons range from Detroit’s top politicians to the arts crowd to Motor City music aficionados who regularly turn to Mobley and her staff for chic styling that puts them at the head of the metropolitan class. –roz edward
