For those with an ample bottom and small waist
Levi’s Curve ID collection should do the trick. Their bold and supreme cuts are designed to hug (not squeeze), which means no gapping or pulling at the waist. These jeans also sit higher in the back, which should be fitted and not pinch or be too tight. Rue de Jeans are a great brand to try. They have an elastic insert, on what looks like the jean logo, which enables the waistband to adjust to your shapely figure.
Go for the boot cut
A curve-friendly boot fit will create a smooth line that will balance your hips. Paige Denim offers great styles of both boot and subtle flare legs that help balance your figure while the slim leg elongates the frame.
Flatter yourself
Styles with a stretch fabric will help to contour your hips, thighs and butt. Avoid jeans that fit too tight at the waist or styles that cut you off tightly at the ankles. This will add volume to your thighs and hips. Instead, look for styles that have extra room in the hips and thighs.
Jean Tip
To minimize fading for your dark-wash jeans, machine-wash your denim inside out and in cold water to which you’ve added a cap full of white vinegar. Then, put one to two tablespoons of salt in the final rinse cycle.
