Real Estate Alert: Buy Diddy’s New Jersey Mansion

Real Estate Alert: Buy Diddy’s New Jersey Mansion

If you are in the market to buy luxury real estate then it may not be such a bad idea to add Sean “Diddy” Combs’ New Jersey mansion to your list. True, his estate is up for grabs, but buyers beware and be prepared to drop major racks, on stacks, on racks as the home costs a pretty penny and is indeed deemed “luxury” for a reason. According to the New York Post , the hip-hop mogul’s real estate broker has confirmed that the 17,000 square foot, seven-bedroom Colonial-style family home was put on the market for $13.5 million Tuesday (June 28). The lavish home has reportedly, over the years, been upgraded by Diddy and is situated on 3 acres with a six-car garage, swimming pool with waterfall, hot tub, putting green and tennis court. The luxurious home also features a home theater, gym and indoor squash court. Now take that, take that! (P.Diddy voice)

The swank, New Jersey crib was originally purchased for only $6 million back in 2004 for his No. 1 baby mama and main squeeze, Kim Porter and their son Christian. But the Dirty Money general has opted to sell the property now that the couple, who had twin daughters in 2006, but “broke up” in 2007, are both “spending more time in Los Angeles.” Although Diddy is in the process of chucking the deuces to New Jersey, he still maintains ownership of properties in New York, Atlanta and Miami, and recently bought Kim Porter a six bedroom mansion in Toluca Lake, Calif. Hmm…I wonder if he bought a multi-million dollar home for his “unofficial girl” and in my eyes, will-never-be-wifey-or-baby-momma-side-chick, Cassie ? Nah…he probably just bought her a measly $1 million condo…in LA! (roll’s eyes) It’s all love though, Cassie..it’s all love, girl. *cheese*

Anyway, check out a bird’s eye view of the multi-million dollar estate here.
