Black Superhero Phoenix Jones Arrested — Says He Was Framed!

Black Superhero Phoenix Jones Arrested — Says He Was Framed!
Phoenix Jones got arrested in Seattle.

Seattle police spokesman Detective Mark Jamieson was grim faced when reporting the unfortunate arrest of Seattle’s black superhero Phoenix Jones.

In a nutshell, Det. Jamieson says that just because Phoenix Jones wears that outfit, it doesn’t mean he’s untouchable.
“Just because he’s dressed up in costume, it doesn’t mean he’s in special consideration or above the law.”

According to reports, a group of Seattle kids were dancing in the street, and unbeknownst to superhero Phoenix Jones, who knows a good dance move when he sees one, he thought it was a fight club.

In Kick A– fashion, Phoenix Jones swooped in — clearly, a black man wearing a mask swoops — and pepper sprayed everybody in the vicinity.

The tight-knit crew of dancers rolled their teary eyes over the failed rescue attempt, and called police.

And Phoenix Jones, perhaps the most famous real-life black action hero you’ve never heard of, got arrested.

“Our message has been the same from the beginning, if you see something that warrants calling 911, call 911,” said Seattle police spokesman Mark Jamieson. You can’t go around pepper spraying people because you think they are fighting.”

Who is Phoenix Jones?

Phoenix Jones, aka Benjamin Fodor, is a 23-year-old mixed martial arts fighter.

Phoenix Jones, who is a black man living in Seattle before he is a superhero, told his Facebook fans that the police set him up. The superhero said that he and his sidekick Ghost “witnessed a hit-and-run/attempted murder of a man and he responded to stop it.”

He also released a video shot during the alleged assault.

Phoenix Jones is the leader of the Rain City Superhero group, and he’s on Facebook.
