Terrell Owens held a workout on Oct. 25 to prove that he can still play in the NFL. However, there were no NFL teams to his witness his hour-long audition.
Owens was sidelined after tearing his ACL six months ago. He compiled impressive numbers as a Cincinnati Bengal by catching 72 passes and scoring nine touchdowns. But the 38-year-old has remained an unsigned free agent in 2011.
Owens will send video footage of his workout to every NFL team and could possibly be signed by a veteran team that lacks depth at wide receiver.
