Wale: Attention Deficit
Wale’s debut album featured a picture of a young boy starring into a glass wall of TVs that displayed static and color lines. With his headphones on his ears, the boy appears transfixed by what he sees and hears. It was a strong metaphor for how the media, cellphones and computers have captured our undivided attention.
