What made you launch your company?
It all began in 1987 with a Ford Bronco II. I remember every Saturday morning getting up early to clean and detail my Bronco. My neighbors would joke by saying, “You’re going to wipe the paint of off it if you keep it up.” I have always had a passion for clean cars and over the years, got really good at it. I was becoming so good that people began to ask if they could pay me to do their cars. Soon family and friends were always complimenting me on how clean my car was all the time. That’s when I decided to take my love for detailing and make a service of it. Before I knew it, Paul’s Express Auto Detail was born.
What are the benefits of using an on-site detail service?
An on-site detail service is a very convenient, yet time, saving personal service. There’s nothing like having your car cleaned at the convenience of your home or office. It’s one last errand you have to worry about on the weekend. We operate by appointments only because we value our customer’s time. We built this company on saving our client’s time. Time cannot be created, nor given to anyone.

The high standards that have been set with a professional staff and highly trained detail techs. Yes, anyone can wash a car but it starts with great customer service. We have certain guidelines that we follow as a company, so the customer can get the same great service every time.
What new and exciting products have you resolved to work with this year?
Paul’s Express uses only the newest and most effective chemicals to get the best results. “Our Goal is to simply be the best in our industry.” Paul’s Express has identified what customers need, to help keep their investment looking and feeling good. We will also retail these products directly to our clients.
What about this business makes you want to get up in the morning and keep pursuing this field?
The excitement of meeting new people and how surprised they are to know there is a service like ours out there. Not to mention, when they see our finished product.
