How has social media helped brand you as an artist?
It’s helped me a great deal. I can release my music and get it heard from the United States to places as far as the UK in a matter of seconds — it’s amazing. I often check my YouTube account and see the majority of my plays are from places way outside of United States, the same goes for my mixtapes. A decade ago for an indie artist, that’d be pretty hard to do.
Who are some artists that have inspired you?
I’m inspired by so many artist, but if I have to narrow it down I would have to say; Jay- Z, Tupac, Notorious Big, UGK, T.I., Outkast, Eminem, Linkin Park, Coldplay, Maroon 5, and Erykah Badu,
What up-coming projects are you working on that our readers should know about?
I’m currently working on my next mixtape titled “Live From Left Field”. After that I will release my first independent album “Long Time Coming” and I will follow that with another mixtape “To Infinity & Beyond 2”
