Rihanna Say's Shes Not Happy Being Single: 5 Men We'd Like Her to Date

Last month, Esquire named saucy pop star Rihanna the “Sexiest Woman of 2011” and even splashed her across their cover in nothing but body oil and tobacco leaves. So, with bragging rights courtesy of Esquire, a body and personality that melts the hearts of men and women alike, one would think Rihanna would have her pick of men these days. But during a trip to “The Ellen Degeneres Show,” the Bajan stunner claimed that she finds it hard to date and that she’s not at all happy being single.

While chatting with the talk show host on Nov. 21, to promote her new album, Talk That Talk, Rihanna discussed her seductive Esquire cover with DeGeneres and humbly claimed that her “sexiest woman” title isn’t at all true, at least in her opinion.

“It’s a lie, I’m not [the ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’],” claimed Rihanna.

Though we’re sure that Rihanna does at least consider herself to be sexy, she does admit that her image and star power intimidate many of her potential suitors, much to her chagrin.

“I would say at times it can be intimidating, but then it’s no good because I can’t have a guy that is intimated by me,” explained Rihanna. “I like men who are more aggressive, but mysterious. But I like a man to be very sure. I like them to be sure of themselves and know that you’re the man, I’m the lady, and the only way for us to make this work is if we play our roles. I can’t really be the man for you. I could but I don’t want to have to be. I’m the man at work all the time.”

But even if the men Rihanna came across were confident enough to win her favor, she says she just doesn’t have the time to date, right now. Though, she wishes, for her heart and her sex life, that things were different.

“I think, right now, I’m not giving the time. I don’t have the time [to date] … but I’m not necessarily happy being single. It’s not really that cool. It sucks,” joked the single lady. “But it is what it is.”

Rihanna continued, “I do put a lot into my job, most of my time if not all of it. And it definitely affects my personal life. My personal life is nonexistent, which is not good. Not for the long run. Not for me. Not for … “her,” explained Rihanna as she pointed to her crotch. “It’s not fun.”

Well, Rihanna may be unhappy in singleland, right now, but here are five men who would think could spice up her love life … and her bedroom. –nicholas robinson
